Apple Cider Vinegar Ginger Replacement For Antibiotic

Ingredients:
  • 32.oz. bottle Organic Apple cider Vinegar
  • 1/4 chopped Garlic
  • 1/4 Onions
  • 1 Habanero pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Ginger
  • 2 tablespoons of grated Horseradish
  • 2 tablespoons of Turmeric
Instructions: Blend ingredients together for a couple of minutes. Strain,pour liquid back in bottle and Enjoy!

Infused Oil Replacement For Antibiotics

Creating your own infused oil is easy.You can do it with just a few minutes of prep time (the rest is done in the oven).
Ingredients: 
  • An oven-proof dish
  • Fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth
  • 1 cup Jojoba or Coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup Antibacterial or antiviral herbs (one herb or a combination)
  • Clean, dry jar(s) to store your oil in
  • Labels
Instructions: Heat your oven to 200 degrees, then turn it off. To your oven-proof dish, add the oil and herbs, then stir them together. (If the coconut oil is solid, let it melt first in the oven, add the herbs and stir). Put the dish in the oven. After 3 hours take out the herbs and strain the oil into your clean jar(s). Label and store in a cool, dark place.

  • 3 tablespoons fresh Lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup raw Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut Oil
Instructions: Mix all the ingredients together in a small saucepan and heat over low until coconut oil is melted.Take warm syrup by the spoonful as desired. You can also mix the syrup into hot water or tea.Once the syrup is cooled the coconut oil will harden. Gently warm the syrup up before using. Store in refrigerator for up to a month.

Garlic Olive Oil Soup Replacement For Antibiotics

Ingredients:
  • 5 bulbs garlic, peeled
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 large onions, diced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 8.5 ounces chicken broth
  • 1 bunch of parsley, chopped
  • 3 cups bread, chopped
  • 1 cup sour cream
Preparation: Heat oven to 180 degrees. Cut off the tops of the garlic bulbs and olive oil. Wrap the bulbs in tin foil and bake for an hour and a half. Let garlic cool for a few minutes after removing from oven.
While garlic is baking, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and butter in a pot on medium heat. Add onions and cook for 10 minutes. When the garlic is ready, mash it with a fork and add this to the pot. Then add herbs and chicken broth.
Cook on low, then add bread and cook for 5 more minutes or until bread cubes soften. Pour soup into a blender, process until smooth, then return to the pot. Add sour cream and salt and pepper to taste, then serve and Enjoy!
