The following is a simple way to achieve an alkaline effect on your body:
You will need:1 jar of water (2 liters), clean filtered water (if only tap water is available for you, then you should use it)
1 organic lemon, washed, cut into eight pieces
1 teaspoon of Himalayan salt (available in health food stores)
Fill the jar with the water, add the lemon slices (do not squeeze them!)
Then add 1 teaspoon of Himalayan salt, cover it and let it sit during the night (8-12 hours) at room temperature.
