Ingredients
2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp of fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp raw honey
1 glass of water
Preparation
All you need to do is to mix all the ingredients in a blender.
Drink this every morning before breakfast and make sure
that the beverage is fresh, made in the same morning.
